so he called the store and asked if they have a roll quarters, took out 20 from the ATM which cost him 3$, brought 10 dollars worth of quarters then gave the guy 10$ as a tip? this fool is out of 13$ just for this? unless hes made of money idk man, cant he just get a big gulp down at the 7-11 or something and ask for changes in quarters
