I'm all about restricting voting to landowners because they at least have skin in the game. If we restricted voting only to people who have had keeedz, we'd be in trouble due to the Noggers and their birth rates.

Also, raise the voting age to 25 (unless they own a house/land then make an exception and allow 21-year-olds).
