Wtf happened to Little Rock? I went there in the 80s to visit a friend, now granted he was loaded and he had this huge house on the river, but the town seemed safe enough albeit boring. It seemed blue collar white

All the polacks moved out to Parma where Drew Carey grew up. It's actually sad because so many neighborhoods in Cleveland have gorgeous old Catholic churches that served the ethnic communities (Slovaks, Slovenians, Czechs, Poles Irish etc) that lived in enclaves there. then the boomer children of those people moved to the burbs. So once their grandparents and parents started dying off these churches had no parishioners and got shut down so you have these beautiful unused churches around crappy churches blacks attend. Others are still around but are in areas that got gentrified so it's all hipsters like the Orthodox Church from The Deer Hunter.
