Pat, there aren't two separate programs, one for the gifted kids and one for the talented kids. It's just one program, "gifted and talented," and it's a euphemism for kids who are smart.

They don't determine which kids are gifted, which kids are talented, and which kids are both. There's no "both."


Side theory: Pat says "gradeschool" instead of making it two words, because he got mocked for saying "High School."
