The old show is dated in style imo with a laugh track etc. I much prefer the newer stuff. There's lots of references that people overseas wouldn't get but I bet the pace of the jokes still make them funny tbh

My favourite Coogan character is Tommy Saxondale, but that's a bit of a deep-track series & not for everyone.

There was an Alan Partridge movie on Netflix for a while (the North American version was just called Alan Partridge, I don't remember the UK title) and it was hands down one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
