If Trump isn’t able to be granted a fair trial, even if he were acquitted in this case it would be null because he can’t be granted a fair trial.
The belief that Trump, and most other politicians or celebrities cannot have fair trials leads to the belief we can NEVER charge them with crimes because even if Biden were to run over people in the motorcade he couldn’t have a fair trial. The justification for lack of fairness anyway? Waaah, everybody is mean to him!!!!
