yea that's literally the premise. It is bizarre though, a very of the time 90s movie. The dark humorous tone reminds me of Falling Down

SNIFF. Yeah, I'm a dummy. I should have just said it *is* the white trash version of LRRH. I didn't see it until years later and I didn't know much about it so that aspect of it threw me off. Also, there was a sequel?
