I was optimistic but god damn. I don’t know how they thought that was worthy of filming.

So they’re saying… Charmaine Bucco is a coal-burner? That’s who that is, yeah?
She fucked Tony so I thought that was apparent? So they’re saying… Charmaine Bucco is a coal-burner? That’s who that is, yeah?
Dude's had so much plastic surgery or botox or whatever that he looks like the Cowardly Lion from the Wizard of Oz. Sad!And I have no idea why they keep wheeling out Ray Liotta to play in gangster movies.
Coal burning. The worst pacing I’ve seen in a while. No flow, whoever story boarded this out did a terrible fucking job. Odd shit in odd places. Missed or completely car crashed humor beats. Coal burning. What was wrong with it, atalker? Feel free to spoil it, wasn’t going to bother watching it.
If you go into it wanting/expecting to hate it, you will. I thought it was OK because I went into treating it sort of like a standalone thing. Put it this way, it was better than the Deadwood movie. Some embarrassing cringe though.I’ll be home within an hour and I’m going to subject myself to this woke bullshit.
That's the point- Dickie wasn't a junky. It was all bullshit. Just like this thing of ours. This movie is just "Remember When - a Sopranos movie". If Reddit wrote a Sopranos movie this would be the result. Full of references, nods and catchphrases. All the actors are just doing shitty impersonations of their TV show counterparts, except for Jon Bernthal who only knows how to act angry. Silvo's actor was embarrassingly bad. Image Jim Norton doing Chip, then impersonating Silvo.
I thought the point of Dickie Molisanti's character was that he was a junkie alcoholic. I dont even remember it being brought up at all in the movie. He's just has rage/anger issues.
The ending is so bafflingly bad. Spoilers: During Dickie's funeral, Tony pinky swears with the suddenly re-animated corpse that he'll get revenge on whoever killed Dickie. As they lock pinky's the Sopranos' show theme starts playing. It sounds like I'm making this up. But this is all true. This scene was actually written and filmed.
Succinct. What happened to Dickie?Coal burning. The worst pacing I’ve seen in a while. No flow, whoever story boarded this out did a terrible fucking job. Odd shit in odd places. Missed or completely car crashed humor beats. Coal burning.
