No, he's the asshole in the gym tying up a machine for 30 minutes at a time. He does a set, then sits down and fucks around on the phone for 10 minutes. Then he does another set and another 10 min on the phone. Repeat 3-4x/exercise. And if you ask to work in because he's tying up the machine, he says no and then says he's almost done. They're always doing light weights so they're getting minimal, if any, gains. I bet that's what he does. 1 set of bench, 95 lbs max. Then 10 mins fatly sitting on the bench Tweeting. I bet he makes some fucking gay sounding laugh when he tweets something that he thinks is a sick burn at someone.

I always tell people that there's nothing to be afraid of in the gym. Nobody is going to laugh at you or make fun of you, despite what Rick claims I've never seen anyone make fun of a fat woman for working out. But assholes like Rick get talked about for being assholes in the gym.

Edit: @stealthygeek If he puts hours in at the gym, its hours sitting on the fucking machines with his head buried in his phone. He can't/won't actually exert himself at all. His cardio is most likely shit and if he ever gets the chance to put his micro-peen in Niki he's probably a two-pump chump who blows his load in under a minute because his heart will explode if it's under strain for more than 60 seconds.

Curious that he literally never posts a video of himself where he's actually working out. We get "post run" photos or his absolutely nauseating gym selfies but never one where he's actually working out.

Weight lifters and power lifters are always posting little videos of themselves hitting personal bests or just lifting. Runners will post routes or pictures of the treadmill display. But none of this from Pat. It would take him two seconds to film himself benching some weight or do a livestream where he goes on a run to prove the naysayers wrong. But he doesn't because he doesn't actually work out.

The man posted a pathetic video to show off how quickly he could change a pistol mag yet there's not a single video from his 10+ years of chronicling his entire life online where he's working out. Curious to say the least, Pat.

My main target (not actually, Pat you melodramatic queen) has been Tomlinson for a while now though I’ve always kept the report button for our favorite Berber in my back pocket.
