I remember listening to a bit by Phil Hendrie on some station broadcasting from Buffalo, and the tears I laughed...Nothing from OnA verse ever made me laugh as much.

Club Piscopo and MC Serch were funny because the audio portion worked for the audience, plus they'd stop and comment on the clip. Watching a fight, where we the audoence just hears 2 chimps repeating themselves over and over isn't funny. Plus their reaction described the violence, something we can't hear over the radio.

And down the hall Howard thought it was hilarious to put a mic on Artie sleeping off a heroin high instead of being the "comedy genius" he would lecture Rich and Sal about. Any of you that paid for that garbage should have lit your money on fire instead.

Also because of the HR there they couldn't do anything with chick's anymore so everything became gay. Like with the Go Go Harder bit and Howard bringing on nude guys for Sulu to drool over. Poor Opie just wanted to do a talk show with some comedians.

The show pretty much died with Patrice and the three of them were always the weakest part of their own show. The comedians, freaks like Bobo/Intern David/Lady Di, and the incompetent staff/interns were what made O&A great. Stern was the same way. The hosts are just there to be filler.
