For this show in Maryland, his opener will perform precisely two jokes: a reference to the Mayor Menino of Boston (a city a thousand miles away, and whose tenure as mayor ended decades ago), and an extremely bad impersonation of Bruce Springsteen that no one will understand or get. He will then proceed to flub Rich's introduction ("horse of a smile")
