Is the hovel in violation of Milwaukee Zoning laws? Owen A Forums investigates

Pat's residence is at 2613 N Oakland Ave, which he revealed in embarrassing fashion. Assuming a happy marriage (lol), Niki must also reside in the upstairs half of the hovel, clearing the way for Robinson Writers, LLC to have 2611 N Oakland Ave as its business location:

Let's see what the hovel is zoned as:

It looks like it is zoned as RT4.

Let's see what Milwaukee Zoning codes allow at RT4 residences. Code 295, Subchapter 5.

Under RT4, Zoning allows for Limited Use for either a General Office or a Live-Work Unit.

Let's define these terms, using Code 295, subchapter 2:

11c22810bcba9c5c3156c380bd9d65fe.jpg

According to her PPP filings, Niki has six (6) employees. More than two of them do not live at the hovel. Therefore, it is not a Live-Work Unit.

It does generally meet the requirements of a General Office. Let's go back to Subchapter 5:

bbebffe8d7eb5ba85de59f5735415826.jpg

Since we've established that it is not a Live-Work Unit, it must comply with c-1 and c-5. It does not comply with c-1. The occupation is not incidental to the residential use. The occupation is the primary use of 2611 N Oakland Ave. It does not comply with c-5, either. 2611 N Oakland Ave is 50% of the total usable floor area. If you'd like to include the attic, it's still over 25%.

Further, there is this nugget:

Was the hovel "originally designed and intended to be occupied in whole or in part by a non-residential use". I doubt it! Prohibited Use.

Conclusion: Pat is fat.

I think this impacts her business more than the house in general, and she would probably just deny that she has 6 employees. I'm still not understanding the zoning law violation ding
I have no idea what it means, either. I would assume if she was truly in violation, they would just make her rent an office again.

Also bear in mind that I am assuming they both live at 2613 now. And also know that I am not a smart person and could be misinterpreting this all.

Well every part of your logic seems reasonable to me except for how it is violation of a zoning law. Her business is in violation of some other law because it doesn't follow the standards of an RT4. I just think you're assuming 2 violations when her business is really the only thing not following the law. Which clearly the IRS doesn't care about since she already got away with fleecing the PPP money.

I also agree that they both live at 2613 now, which I had no idea the longest time. I always assumed Pat lived at 2611 because that's where he parks his Rustang, but he walks around the side and goes through the front. For the longest time that was also the go-to dox for him. Also makes sense why all the tranny hookers I sent never got any answer at the door... In summation, I am also a smooth brained faggot and have no experience with zoning violations of this nature.

Is this the fridge they bought with PPP money? This is the 2613 kitchen.

Her fake employees could be fake contractors. I bet there are a lot of OSHA rules and various tax grab milwaukee city regulations that the business is not complying with. The city is probably not going to go after them for working from home during the worst pandemic in history. But they will go after them for not paying to comply with their stupid regulations.

I don't know if I'm following you, but my interpretation is that their house is not zoned to contain a business that takes up more than 25% of the floor space. If they're living on the second floor and using the first floor for the business office of Posts By Ghost/Robinson Writers, LLC, that would seem like a zoning violation to me.

But 16, dick, zoning violations. I'm just a lunch pail guy with a container of coffee and no legal experience.

I would've assumed you were an expert based on your research. I see what you're saying about floor space. Who would you contact for such a violation? Can't hurt to complain like a Karen
