Patrice is really over-hyped online...phony sentiments don't pay bills. Those 'fans' would never spend $$$ on him because his material was just not worth it, sorry!

To me, the most underrated, mistreated by the 'machine' for not giving him his rightful due, was MadTV's Will Sasso. I think he's the funniest person to ever live. Hell, even Aries Spears was funnier than Patrice O'Neal.

Define funny. Because I thought Patrice’s standup was mediocre. Not that I really like standup but it wasn’t great. His acting wasn’t any better. Being the best guest and Norton’s replacement on O&A obviously stuck with us as fans of that faggy show but it didn’t remain much in the business.

Craig Robinson is a decent enough actor, and smartly befriended the Seth (((Rogen))) crew and was friendly and easy to work with on the biggest sitcom on TV for like five years.

Patrice did recognize his nigger behavior at the end and apologized on air to Chris Rock and also explained about how he was an ass on the Fury Vengeance set.

I don't know what the deal was, but it's obviously bullshit that he was never hired by SNL. Michael McDonald, too.

It's not only about being funny. If a guy is 20% funnier than the other guy but 80% more pain in the ass to work with they'll go with the less funnier guy. Patrice should've just played the game. He could've been one of the biggest comedians out there.

Imagine burning a bridge with Spike Lee because he offered you a gig by calling you directly instead of your agent.
