On the other hand, it would be very hard to find a renter unless they lived in a cave without access to Google. The hovel's address leads to some very concerning search results. Plus, even he was able to secure a reliable renter, there's nothing stopping rascals from mailing them horrible information about their landlord. Rick would have to screen their mail.
