My retarded Chinese lawyer would send me 10 followup emails within two days asking me to sign something. If I sent an email back asking to clarify something, I wouldn't get a response for maybe two weeks (and even then I'd need to send a followup).

Real estate. I actually do business with the Chinese (it's just a Chinese person, but it sounds cooler saying I do business with the Chinese) and they suggested their Chinese lawyer.
