I need help with my sick dog

He's had diarrhea for 5 days in a row now. And he's not acting sick/lethargic. Also he never goes out alone and doesn't see other dogs.

Came home Tuesday to a world of shit.
But it was at least brown and normal looking. And the good boy only left it on hard wood areas when there was plenty of carpet areas to fuck me on.
Each day after he's had sputtering yellow shits(see attached), barely anything coming out like 1-3ounces (we were limiting his food, and we just went thru a 24hr of non feeding him, all that did was stop the sputter/gassy sounding shits but it's still the same amount coming out.)
We had tried white rice mixed with food, then just white rice, then with chicken, then 24 fast. No results.


Only possible changes to diet:
1. Randomly got him a water buffaler horn that he was enjoying.

2. He got into my cupboard and ate a few apples, whole, on Monday. That shouldn't be too bad for dogs and not 5 days of shits bad.

3. Maybe ate something last weekend or Monday in the yard. Don't remember the day but for a quick second he tried grubbing on something.
Could have been downstairs neighbor dogs shit(it's a duplex, LOOK IT UP) or worse case some random cat shit.
It was in a spot that he's always pissing on though, I wouldn't think a stray cat would wanna take a squat where a T-Rex type dog might be coming. For reference this is him:

Can't take him to a vet, he doesn't let people touch him or anything when hes leashed, last time I tried with my girlfriend he was in full cornered attack mode. (It's her retarded dog)

We're gonna call today to see what to do.

Also probably gonna feed him more. Maybe try pumpkin stuff and little plain yogurt.

Extended yellow mucusy poops are not good, you need to try to get a stool sample to the vet but they may want something like blood work too. Instead of plain yogurt use plain Greek yogurt as it has probiotics. Greek yogurt, rice and some plain grilled chicken would be a good mix.

Very similar thing happened to my dog and it was pancreatitis. He might've eaten something bad. My dog nearly died but recovered and is still alive at 15. I had to feed him 1 can of fat free dog food and nothing else for a month.

Sounds like colitis. Get him to the vet to get antibiotics/steroid

Probably has colitis, but you really gotta get him to the vet. There's something called the chill protocol any decent vet should know about even if they don't typically do it. A tranquilizer would work too, but first step is contacting good vet, let them know of symptoms, and make them aware the dog is aggressive around strangers. Your case isn't unique, and any decent vet has dealt with this before and should have procedures. Make sure he's drinking plenty of water too. Is his nose totally dry? Is he acting lethargic?
