Because Worm has zero knowledge of or interest in zoomer musicians, and Sam, who does have some, keeps passing the buck back to Jim because he's fully aware of the fact that he brings nothing to the table. In their desperation, they turned to third mic Travis to fill the void and that's when I tuned out.
SiriusXM should axe them asap.
