How to deal with poop stains on furniture?

Recently, I have been finding stains on my furniture that I suspect might be poop.

In the mornings and evenings I will sometimes sit nude in the privacy of my own home.

I'm not an exhibitionist. This is, for the most part, a harmless habit. However, I cannot help but think it might be somehow related to said stains.

I've put down an old towel on my favourite chair - it was rather tatty anyway - and I always have my trusty old toothbrush (no longer used for teeth!) and washing up liquid to hand.

Apart from this, I am struggling to think of other solutions.
