How much of the content of Reddit do you assume is fake?

I don't mean reposts and stuff posted by bots, but just stuff people make up to get attention. I assume at least 30% of what is posted on that site is made up now. Being exposed to Patrick and his ilk for so long has made me realize that the world is full of sad cunts who'll do anything to get attention.

Take this for example -

Thousands of upvotes and hundreds of comments yet where's the proof of it being true? It's likely just some attention starved retard who took a picture of a pokemon card and decided they want some attention.

Stories like a video of a tired dog with sad music and captions like " this dog traveled 3,000 miles to be with it's owner who forgot it" it will get all the upvotes and there is zero proof other than a tick tock caption. As others have said any other type of thinking is immediately shut down over there.
There are so many sponsored posts disguised as real ones too. There is a sub that used to expose these posts but I forget the name of it now

If not fake, I'd say at least 70% of the content there is recycled. It's crazy how many posts on the biggest subs are just bots reposting shit (that gets thousands of upvotes and people still complain about it). Reddit must be a dream for countries like Russia or Iran who want to use it as a platform to spreading propaganda. It's weirdly the most moderated yet easily manipulated website out there.

On certain subs? Atleast 50%-- especially the posts that mention death and the following replies-- it worms its way into most posts and the message of the OP, gets completely lost- as everyone tries to make it about themselves.

There was a guy who was an insatiable public masturbator when he was on meth.
