Zero. I do not live amongst blacks and old Puerto Rican women. But they do roll through at like 4:30 in the morning on recycling day and take them. The amount of noise those fucking wheels make that early annoys me.

Folks do love to act like they're morally superior and magnanimous for returning them. I've seen a thing going around called "the shopping car test" which basically calls everyone that doesn't return them selfish douches. Meanwhile, while these people are earning cheap karma points(they think), they never once considered how the cart pushers feel about the situation, you know, the ones that collect them and bring them back in from the parking lot. Who's really the inconsiderate one here?

lots of bums in my neighborhood so they are everywhere. the worst is when you're riding your mobility scooter and there is a cart in the middle of the sidewalk and you have to get up and move it!
