I set my own hours and I’ve gone from doing 16 hour days, 6 days a week 3 years ago to this month cutting back to 5 hours per day Monday-Friday. There’s very little difference in my productivity going from 8 hour days to 5.

Nope. They salary me. I asked what the conditions are with hours they said a minimum of 34 so I stick around for 37 because I'm not do feel like doing a full 40.

Way too Fawkin many. I do about 10 per day M-F. Busy season is M-Sat up to 70 hours

Reality is, your possessions are a reflection of how much you’ve “won” at this game of life, like a sim starting from ground zero in a vidya game.
If you have nothing but spare change in your pocket you’re a bum , if you have a nyc penthouse, you’re in a different social strata that’s incomprehensible from the everyday wagie that gets to splurge once a year at a michellin star restaurant when he gets his bonus.

You have the fucking internet and the majority of millenials/zoomers would rather watch yellowstone and eat chinese takeout while scrolling tiktok instead of learning how to get out of their income bracket. It’s pathetic.
If I dont have peak opie money by the time I’m 40 ill just take a fat shot of fent.

I'm in IT. I drove a total of three hours today to help a dental office press Windows + P and select Duplicate in their conference room. Fawkin soft job. No one really keeps track of my time, but I still put in around 40 hours.

I probably crank 30-35 hours a week average. I spend a lot of time talking about the work we’re driving than actually doing work. Presentations, working sessions, etc.
