He had a couple strokes so basically yeah and its accepted the riots threw him overboard with all the stress. He was also maced and his father said he was hit in the head.
Capitol Police outright lied about how he died and caused an uproar which locked some guy up for 6 months because they needed someone to blame. I'm surprised the medical examiner didn't lie like the CP did the records aren't public.
