Fingerprints Record Shop. Used to come here a lot back in the day and even played drums for Chris Carabba at an acoustic set he had here many years ago. I picked up this Elvin Jones record. My favorite drummer of all time. It was $60, but I’ve been meaning to pick it up for a while, so what the hell.

Parker’s Lighthouse. Used to play here with a jazz quintet a couple times a month for a few years. Fine dining spot, very good. Took my mom for Mother’s Day one year and I was treated like Henry Hill, fuh Chrissake!

One time a buddy and I rode bikes from his place to the Queen Mary and wandered around. Down in the basement(boat basement?) there was some sort of trade show going on with a bunch of businesses with booths and shit. Without consulting each other we both just went ot the sign in table and signed in with fake business names and started wandering around goofing on people. One booth had a guitar for some reason so we were singing stupid songs. They were doing a raffle and sure enough at some point my name gets announced over the speaker system "_____ with Special Needs Dolphins is our next winner!" Got a sweet windbreaker.
