I get that he paid 5k at one point to be unbanned, but why repeatedly unban him when he breaks the rules? The fact the tweets were deleted shows he violated the rules, so why is he still allowed to come back on the platform?

I don’t wanna be that boring political guy, politics is gay and if you care about it you’re gay.
But it is enraging how he acts ten times worse than people on the “right wing” who get banned for nothing. He can just spend every single waking hour being a completely hyperbolic aggressive dickhead but some random god fearing gainfully employed loving father is a terrorist who needs to be executed or raped because he protested on Jan 6th.

My theory on why he's allowed to act is Goldberg got him in contact with someone in support who is also a far lefty like Pat and agrees with him so he'll unban him anytime something like this happens. it's the only explanation that makes any sense to me.
Also possible that very few people appeal their bans in the first place, most people just send an email, change accounts and carry on, twitter people get hundreds of calls and emails from Pat and just figure its easier to unban him than deal with his shit for 6 months.

Yeah it’s the only way it makes sense at all. Sure, people are reporting him because they don’t like him but if the reports are genuine breaches of the code of conduct and terms of service, why does it matter why the report was made in the first place?

He's literally been banned six times now, and every time it makes him fucking furious.
Twitter's his favourite plaything as well as the only thing propping up his ego; taking it away even for a day or so is well worth doing, particularly when it makes him sperg out at the "peons" (his word, not mine) at Twitter.
Besides, someone at Twitter has to justify to their boss why he should be allowed back on despite clear violations of their terms of service; and that's funny in itself.
