Canadians are just disgustingly over-represented on the English speaking internet. I would say like 1/3 top 100 Twitch streamers, and maybe 1/5 top Youtubers are Canadian. Every forum from Kiwifarms to reddit is just crawling with them/us. Everything that becomes niche-trendy worldwide, somehow boils down in a hyper concentrated form in Canada like Kino Casino. And the Trudeau government has the gall to go "we need Canadians watching more Canadian content." Mr. Trudeau, sir, with all due respect as president of Ottawa, it's impossible to avoid Canadian content.
