Everyone I speak to has the same experience at their tech place, off shore / Indians becoming the bulk of the work force, they can’t do anything but follow iron clad procedure guides step by step, bombard the white Americans with questions on every aspect of their job all day every day and get violently angry when they don’t respond.

Why is this just normal corporate America now?

All the HR people are Indian women. Almost of the senior management are “minorities” - we have to “respect their culture” of shouting in Hindi and swearing all the time.

I have a friend who used to work for 7-11 corporate and one day they imported a shit ton of indians in to train them on something. They were going to be there for a few months. When my friend went to shit, he kept seeing puddles of water and disposable cups in the bathroom.
Eventually, the Americans got so fed up with this shit they complained to HR, it turns out they were using that cup to dip their hand in it and wipe their asses.
They are a disgusting culture

If I hired an Indian I’m pretty sure I’d get fired, not that I ever would, even second gen can fuck off. The IT manager at work told me similar horror stories to NoBacon, how they just infest IT departments and multiply. Whenever I’m hiring I select every single Indian name in the inbox and move them to trash without opening the application.

Another Indian story from another friend. He works in IT for bank of America. A scam that these Indians do is that they will send an Indian who's qualified and gets hired and then a different Indian shows up! You can't make this shit up! It takes a few weeks and perhaps months to fire the person since everyone is so afraid to do anything for fear of being labeled a racist. Btw this is my somewhat woke friend, but even he's got limits and was so exasperated that he had to constantly help this bitch that showed up because she didn't know shit.
He would complain to me about this broad for weeks until they finally shit canned her!

Whenever I’m hiring I select every single Indian name in the inbox and move them to trash without opening the application.
I do the same. They are bottom-rung, cheap "talent". And every one of the cocksuckers has a "Master's Degree" from India. I did some digging, and found that their Master's program takes a year to complete.

Same in the UK except thats its not a H1-B type of deal. They stay over there.
Here's how this works....

Your dept at company X who services company Y is being closed down and moved to India.
Training phase:
The best of the dept is tasked with training the group of indians who have arrived while the rest of the team picks up the slack and carries on service. (service levels drop)
Indians take 5x the amount of time they were supposed to on simple stuff. what was 6 months is now 2 years. (service levels still dropping)

Indians then go home, and train more indians in some indo-chinese whisper game.
The rest of your dept (who didnt do the training) is finally laid off (or have aready moved on)
the remaining are left to support their replacements for "6 months" in a full handover.
2 years later it may have fully been moved to india and your dept eventually shut down.
company X loses the service contract.

Did it save money? probably not a great deal if any. Except now the company doesn't have to provide any employee benefits or pay employee taxes etc.

Service is shit? Company X doesn't care, the amount of legal bullshit involved in company Y trying to break contract makes it just easier for Y to just wait out the 3/5 year contract and leave.
Company X just finds another sucker, rinse repeat.

The only positive to them being dumb is if you can get them to share their screen during a sev 1 they keep all their logins on their screen. I've gotten Corp firewall/esxi access that way. Since they do the monitoring of those systems nobody at Corp knows you're in there tinkering around.

Their log ins never work, you need to pick a sacrificial lamb to share around.

They also get super fucking angry if they don’t have every permission available.

I hate them so much.

I’ve always worked well with the Indians. I used to take pictures of my whiteboard drawings and sent them to turn them into slides. I was the only one who could use them in a way that worked for me and they liked that I gave them simpler tasks to handle.

Due to the fact that profit inevitably overtakes engineering or art in all fields, once things reach a level of stability that allows them to be commoditized the reduction of everything to it's lowest common denominator necessarily follows. Operating systems are still fundamentally stuck with legacy baggage going back to the late 60s. None of the extra computing power in modernity goes to advancing computing in any significant way but layers and layers of abstraction are built up to enable people with no interest or ability to develop what is essentially the same kind of software we had in the 80's but slower and worse in alot of ways. All of this is because financial considerations are the only thing most management understands. Every further abstraction layer is a computationally expensive endeavor with the main goal of lowering the bar for replaceable retards that cost less.

They ask me to reset their test environment passwords every month without fail, even though they have the domain admin credentials and could do it themselves. No ability to think outside the box whatsoever. If a ticket doesn't say the exact steps to fix a defect they will try to guess and fuck the customer's data up every time guaranteed. Then of course they don't know STEP 1 of repairing the data. They can't even figure out the diagnostic report.

It is probably the best documented software I've even seen in my life besides Arch Linux and they are incapable of searching it for basic shit.

We had an issue where they were all part of some huge WhatsApp community. Any fault or error they sshot it, ask help and wait for a reply. They were posting really sensitive data, occasionally incriminating mistakes, offering quid pro quo for hiring in exchange for assistance. Literally nobody cared that these boobs were incompetent and were relying on strangers on Facebook to do their job for them.

They destroy everything. I fucking LOVE the 10 year cycle in tech of “our tech never has problems, we should cut costs and hire a bunch of street shitters to do it”, they proceed to do so, everything goes to shit, they have to spend a bunch of money to hire consultants to straighten everything out, then they end up hiring white males full time to get everything back on track, then the cycle repeats.

The older generation of Indians that emigrated here and went to American colleges, knew their shit and worked their asses off to get ahead. Nowadays, the ones directly imported from India are hit or miss- mostly miss.
