>we get a bunch of them
>naively offer to coach them
>they all have better qualifications and degrees than me
>they’re all fake
>think coaching means basic company specific procedures
>actually means doing every aspect of their job for them
>teams and outlook is flashing every second of the day
>IS THERE UPDATE TO RESPONSE?
>keep hiring Indians
>somehow my unpaid responsibility to assist them all
>it’s impossible
>turn off teams / calendar because need to focus on my actual own work
>mahmet and amir complained I am not helping them but did help Peter. Am I racist?
Everyone I speak to has the same experience at their tech place, off shore / Indians becoming the bulk of the work force, they can’t do anything but follow iron clad procedure guides step by step, bombard the white Americans with questions on every aspect of their job all day every day and get violently angry when they don’t respond.
Why is this just normal corporate America now?
All the HR people are Indian women. Almost of the senior management are “minorities” - we have to “respect their culture” of shouting in Hindi and swearing all the time.
