One of the pieces of evidence Fatso shared with Josiah was the fax sent to Hooligans of him blowing Trump. I just laugh thinking of someone of the staff looking at that and saving it to give to tubby.

With the amount of time he spends there, they probably took it off the fax machine and gave it to him. I bet there was an outburst of laughter in the back of the house and a few minutes later someone brought it out and gave it to him. Probably said something like "hey Patrick (they're not allowed to call him Pat), looks like they're still at it. This just came in on the fax machine." They were probably holding back laughter as they said it but Rick is oblivious to human behavior so he didn't notice.
