I was making fun of goths for thinking that synthetic sounds are really goth. The idea of fake sound is entirely counter to what the idea of being “goth” is. Death and sadness are real things, yet their entire identity is based around following the same sounds that they pretend they’re against. Almost all music back when being goth became a thing, and to this day, is completely fake. It still stands to this day that it just became a marketing tool for the joos.
