I LOVE dogs. That said, if I never had to see the dog as a live dog, I knew it wasn't a dog I personally care about and it was just presented to me as cooked meat I'd absolutely eat it.
I'd probably try human if it was just a piece of nicely cooked meat.
I eat cows and pigs and I like them too. I just wouldn't eat one that I personally had an affinity for.

The worst part is they toss all the dead pigs out in the morning to get picked up and taken whereever they go. Passing the nursery the first day i look out my window and see about 9 dead pigglets with crows eating there eyes. I learned when pigs are sick they use a ramset type tool to out them down

I remember being a kid and catchinf a shit ton of bluegill. We cut the heads off gutted and scaled them. Prepaidr thehm like chicken fried steak. Flour with spices, then egg, then crackers strait in the pan. We would hold the body and pull in the back tail. All the bones would come out but meat was there.
