This movie had a profound effect on me and it made me want to give up ranting about immigrants for three days, except for this weekend when I'm supposed to get a bunch of peyote and PCP and watch Eraserhead...

So anyway it's 3 and a half hours so if you're not into the subject you wouldn't like it. The first part is about George with the Beatles, and the second half is about his life after the Beatles, which is the part I wanted to see and was longer. Basically what would you do if you had money and fame and you wanted to do cool shit with it that wasn't just gay materialistic shit. Funny enough, there isn't a lot of negativity out there about ol' George. Bit of a womanizer, like his substances here and there, but most people seem to think he was a decent guy ATEOTD.

“There was a profound experience that happened when he left his body,” Olivia explained in Scorsese’s documentary. “It was visible. Let’s just say you wouldn’t need to light the room if you were trying to film it. You know, he just lit the room.”

Death is just where your suit falls off and now you're in your other suit. You can't see it on this level, but it's all right. Don't worry. George Harrison.

Passing away at Sir Paul McCartney's American home, George Harrison had wife Olivia Harrison by his side until the end. According to those present, his final words were: “Everything else can wait, but the search for God cannot wait, and love one another.

Been on my watchlist forever, just haven't had a day I want to commit to watching a 3.5 hour documentary yet. Same problem with that Beatles one Peter Jackson did.
