My childhood dog had a stuffed Garfield toy that she carried around everywhere like a little girl with a doll. She'd take it outside with her and always bring it back in. My mom still has it. We'd give her other teddy bears and shit and she'd always rip their ears and eyes off or tear all the stuffing out of them but she was all in wit da Garfield and took good care of him. If you said "get your baby" she'd bring you Garfield.

That had to have been so funny to experience.

That dog did a lot of funny shit. If her water bowl was empty she'd drop it at your feet and huff until you refilled it. She only ate her food off the floor, but you had to put it in a bowl and let her flip the food out of it little by little. When 9pm rolled around she'd grab her Garfield and huff and growl at us all to go to bed. She also used to pull on my pantleg to get my attention and I was the only one she did that to.
She was technically my mom's dog. She was a little Lhasa Apso. When she was really old the neighbour's lab attacked her out of nowhere one time. My dad chokeslammed that fucking dog, dragged it home and punched it in the head in front of it's owner. Only time I've ever seen him hit a dog.
