This is why I like working a union job. I can't be forced to do anything that's not in my job description, my bosses can't text me (they try but I either don't answer or I'll answer at 3am and when they get mad I'll say my service is spotty at home lol), and if my boss ever talked to me like that in person or over the phone I'd have a grievance for harassment on their desk by the end of the day. We had one old timer who was told to sweep up and he said he was never trained how to properly sweep so he sat in his pickup reading a guns and ammo magazine for 8 hours.
