During the Fez retirement show Ron said he wants to do radio until he's old and decrepit. Broadcasting is one of those jobs you can do to a very advanced age if you don't have dementia so I imagine he will continue to work as long as someone will pay him. He started his career at a time when your words went over the air and then disappeared forever. He definitely does not care about a legacy or feels he's earned his already.
