Norm being Norm was always assumed to be drunk since his speech was slow at times even though he wasn’t a big drinker. He probably tried talking to her, got bored and made up an excuse to stop taking to her and she took it as sexual assault after he’s dead. I love how MeToo had to quietly disband recently due to how they all covered up Former NY Gov Andrew Cuomo long history of sexual abuse while governor.
