My family has COVID right now and I may have caught a little bit of it (very light case) but I have no appetite even though my stomach is growling. It's weird. No drive to eat at all.

I'm down over 5 lbs and am thankful for it and am going to work to keep it off.

I had covid last year and lost my sense of taste, smell and appetite for a week. I love meat but meat is fucking disgusting if you can't taste it. You're just chewing flavourless matter. Tried to eat some beef stew first day but couldn't and then didn't eat practically anything for a week except a banana in the morning (had to force myself) and a couple of oranges later in the day.
