One time I was in the hospital waiting room, and I heard the nurse come out of some room with a kid inside. And she was complaining to her colleague how fat he was she couldnt unroll his sleeve to take his pressure, and he was so lazy it was taking forever for him to undress. She used the words "fat piece of shit"
