I had this lazy Guatemalan working for me that my bosses wouldn’t let me fire. They all hated him too, but wouldn’t tell me why. I’m assuming there was some type of government immigrant scam or something. I mean this retard actually worked harder at not working. I’d have to hunt him down ever 15 minutes and he’d have some excuse every single time. Well, he got fired after he crashed a work truck. I asked my boss if it was worth it and he didn’t respond. The dash cams are both ways, so in the video it looked like he was watching porn while he was driving.

Back when I was an assistant manager at a restaurant. We ended up hiring a kid who had some severe mental and drug problems. Constantly made mistakes. One night made over $200 in mistakes. He came to work zooted one day and took off his shoes and was walking around just staring at people while they ate. I used to employ my cousin's kid when he was 18-19. Kid grew up on the same farm I did but somehow had such a faggy attitude and would whine about anything. Everyone hated him. He got all pissy about nothing and was rude as fuck with a client one day when I was out. The client called and told me that night and I went straight to my cousin's house and told his mom to send him out so I could beat the shit out of her son in front of her. He wouldn't come out so I yelled into the house that our grandfather would have beat his ass and buried him in a swamp for being a coward while staring straight at his mom (who fucking knows because she was tight with my grandpa) and punched the mirror off his car. His mom called me and apologized for him (never got one from him) and made excuses about how he has anxiety issues. It really sucks when family throw their runts at you and hope you make them gainfully employed. Just because he's your nephew they expect you to ignore things even when he starts shitting where you eat. It's always good to never mix business and family.
