In all seriousness, carbs are needed for (amongst many other things) proper brain function. These carnivore diet people become retards the same way vegans do (B12 also crucial for cognitive health) if they stick with it long enough. Eat a balanced diet, keep fast food, sugar and processed shit to a minimum, walk and you'll be fine. It's really not that complicated
