Okay... So in 2016 the film Hidden Niggers was released. In 2017 I was only working a part-time job but there was a campus near me so I figured I'd sit in on lectures and learn random shit during my spare time.
It's a big university, I'll say that much without doxing myself. Like Stanford University but... Columbianer. Anyway, the point is it was well established.
I'd sit in on any lectures that were happening at the time, not even knowing what they were. One was a physics or science class. The professor was going through his slides and then came to one that had the poster for the Hidden Figures movie.
He told the class how it was one of his favorite movies and if anyone was interested in learning more about real scientists in history to check that film out. I lol'd to myself because I actually think the O&A sub made fun of that film, that's the only reason I knew of it. And I thought, "there's no way that bullshit is his favorite movie".
Anyway, a few months later, I was sitting in on another lecture... I can't remember what class it was, but it wasn't even science related. Different course, something I didn't really care about.
But the professor (a different guy obviously) came to a slide with the fucking Hidden Figures movie in it again! AND HE SAID SOME SHIT ABOUT HOW IT RELATES TO THE SUBJECT, AND HOW IT'S ONE OF HIS FAVORITE MOVIES AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHECK IT OUT!
Wtf?!?! Two completely different courses! What kind of conspiracy is going on with that shit?
