I’d go so far as to say hydration is the least of his problems. Patrick’s horrible breakfast photos seem to indicate that he drinks tea, but “Brit style” so you know his fat ass can’t help himself but make essentially a hot cup of weak tea, extra milk, and 3 teaspoons of sugar.
