Once when I was like 16 at a Red Lobster. We had an older waitress who was super nice and I remember saying we should've left her a tip and my buddy was like "Fuck her. She was patronizing us with her matronly tone."

That was actually a really fun day. My buddy had just got his driver's license and 4 of us went into the city but none of us had any money so we got huge lobster meals that we didn't pay for and we went to an arcade and played for free all day because there were always a shit ton of loose tokens under the air hockey table for some reason. We also saw a trampoline in some random yard at one point and decided to jump around on that for a while. My buddy dropkicked me right in the head.

Yup, between the ages of 13-15.

We had a shit-ton of walking distance restaurants. Did it routinely until one time a cook chased after us and my friend with asthma got caught. The cook brought him back to the restaurant by the arm, then called the cops. The cops made his mom pay the bill and that was that. This fucking line cook (white) wasn't part owner or anything, he was a normal middle-aged wagey that ran a good distance through woods in a dead sprint just to nab a 13 year old dork who took his boss for an $8 omelet.

Some wagey's, man.

Walked out on a $100+ bill at The Slaughtered Lamb in Manhattan about 30 years ago. The server was taking for-fucking-ever to come back to take the cash, so I walked out with my younger brother, and my mother followed behind a minute later. We were TRYING to pay but the wait was beyond ludicrous. Not sure why we didn't go look for him, but eh fuck it. I don't feel bad.

EDIT: I was 15, alroyt?!

Don't call them servers. They're waitresses. That guy was a waitress.
