Did he ever have tenants in his small shitty house, or did he just lie about it to win some argument on Twitter?

It's hard for me to imagine him managing a relationship like that. He would probably fuck up the paperwork on the lease, not keep the security deposit in an interest bearing account like you're supposed to, not repair anything in a timely fashion. He can barely run his own life which is devoid of any responsibilities.

If the tenant is an asshole guy or some chick with an asshole boyfriend, Pat would also be too much of a pussy to collect the rent in a timely fashion and enforce the terms of the lease. He would get bullied by his own tenant.

Basically the relationship would go to shit. It is impossible to respect Pat, especially now that his life of humiliation is on the internet for everyone to see.

And he would be a total killjoy too. No way could you bring friends over or a chick because he would insert himself into the situation and take over.

He would comment about EVERYTHING too.. Whatever food you had in the fridge or cupboards he would have something to say. Whatever music or movies you listen to, he would have something to say. I guarantee he would sneak into your room when you weren't there to look through your things.

And the lazy cunt doesn't leave the house except for Hooligans so you would have to stay in your room most of the time.
If he ever had a tenant i couldn't see it lasting too long because he is way too insufferable and hot tempered.

It would be hilarious to goad him into getting a brother from the hood into his home as a tenant just to see what happens but I doubt anyone would be good enough for him to accept as one.
