FACT CHECK…The 2 minute delay is ridiculous. Won’t dispute that. Only reason i could possibly fathom is to cut the broadcast if one of them literally dies on air.
Ability to cut participants microphones isn’t new. They did that in the 2nd 2020 debate, and only had to do it after Trump kept interrupting.
No outside media allowed is true, and bullshit, I think.
That last one is blatantly untrue. Every other outlet is simulcasting the debate. Maybe they meant other outlets aren’t allowed to record their own versions of it? I’m not sure
