If you watch the video it's more of a headlock than a choke hold. It's not really sunk in under the chin and Penny wasn't trying to get it there, either. The really humorous part is how the swishy old fruit won't own his tweets in real life. He screams "NIGGER" on Twitter, titters and giggles over every dead FN, then, when he's speaking before white supremacists, he dials it way back, and acts all puzzled over why his totally calm, rational tweets led to his firing, like something unjust happened to him.
