Not really a problem. They'll set up a hearing near him (hopefully in the same building he went to for the Nadolski hearing).

I hope he defies the order to appear and is arrested. I'm dying to see a photo or video of him being hauled off in handcuffs. I ask for so little.

Wow, so any person except BDA can now go to Hooligan's and serve him papers then photograph him physically receiving them since he should be expecting a process server any day now. That's what the document tells me, anyway.
