  • Filed a lawsuit in early 2021 to try and sue 60 of us. Every hearing was broadcast online because of covid. It dragged on for a year and cost the SFWA $100K+ and ended in Pat not getting a single name and owing $24K to Quasi
  • He got his own thread on Kiwi Farms that is now very popular
  • There are now 2 podcasts dedicated to mocking him, including one by Jon Del Arroz, who pig previously called a nazi
  • He got banned from Twitter multiple times
  • He's fatter than ever

EDIT - Jesus how did I forget the Josiah/Apostlegate saga - https://apostlegate.net/

He owes Quasi 25k, he's spent all that money on getting fatter at Hooligans so he can't pay and now there's a lien on his house. Norm smiles down from heaven.

Jon Snyder continues to paint Adrienne's innards with his baby batter and Pat continues to pretend he and Niki are attracted to each other.

Liz Clarke continues life in hairy, fat hiding.

I'm not a lawyer, and my recollection is hazy, so take this with a grain of salt:

  • Fats hired a lawyer ("Brinton") who specialises in French Wine Law - no I'm not joking - to sue us.
  • He claimed all 60 people he was suing lived in Wisconsin, and (as I recall) swore this as being correct before the court.
  • To sue us he had to hire a junior construction lawyerette in Wisconsin, as Brinton isn't registered in Wisconsin.
  • That then lead to lawsuits in California against this place's domain registrar and Google
  • To handle those, Brinton hired (on Pat's dime) an accountant specialising in bankruptcy, who works out of his mid-range apartment. Luckily he's also got a law degree, but it's not from a good school.
  • None of these people Googled "Important First Amendment Cases" before starting and so they missed out on the precedent set by Krinsky vs Doe 6.
  • This meant that they didn't meet the standard set out by that case, and it was DOA.
  • They still kept running it for months, triple-billing their Patsy.
  • Since all hearings were online, we got to hear Pat's accountant schooled by multiple judges on just how dogshit his case was. "That doesn't rise to the level of defamation" is funny to hear from the bench in a defamation case. Also funny is hearing the judge explain to Pat's accountant how the First Amendment works, with an example.
  • Oh, and when the judge accused him of "making his opponent's case for him" that was funny too.
  • Meanwhile, SpaceEdge and friends ran a nine-month prank where they convinced Pat and Seth Simmons (the rat cunt who got Shane Gillis fired from SNL) that they were variously a mole out to bust the seedy Neo Nazi underpinnings of the New York comedy scene and a journalist out to write an 8000 word article on Pat's trials and tribulations. I urge you to go to the website and read about Apostle Gate; it's an incredible piece of work. When you get to tape five of the conversations between Pat and the reporter, and Pat realises he's been had and switches to his special Gay Disney Villain Voice and tries to threaten people... it's incredibly funny.
  • The case collapsed in California; under their "don't be a cunt" legal system Pat now owes Quasi (the owner of the original O&A forums) his legal fees - about $30k, plus 10% a year interest. It was $3k if he'd dropped it quick, $28k on judgement, and I think he's racked up another few K since then.
  • Since Pat has publicly and repeatedly said he won't pay, and hasn't paid, Quasi's put a lien against his house. As I understand it, Quasi also gets to ask Fatrick to testify under oath as to his income, and assets; and Quasi gets to pick out what would suit him best as payment and suggest it to a judge.
  • This is a "stressful and embarrassing affair", according to the team of cut-throats Quasi's hired. Hopefully it will be streamed.
  • During SpaceEdge & co's Apostlegate prank, they set up a secret forum on here with only a limited set of users having access, and gave Seth and Pat an exploit that would enable them to break in.
  • Seth posted a picture on twitter of said forum, which he had to have used the exploit to access.
  • That's a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, which can get you a ten-year stay in federal prison.
  • Brinton, Pat's lawyer, submitted evidence from the secret forum that he swore under penalty of perjury was true and accurate - suggesting he'd seen it via the exploit.
  • That's a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, which can get you a ten-year stay in federal prison.
  • Brinton doesn't work for his law firm anymore, and has struck out on his own - an odd move for such an inexperienced lawyer.
  • His law firm are hiring lawyers in his area, an odd thing to do since they'd just fired let one go.
  • Pat told the "journalist" he'd racked up over a $100k in bills during the case, and it went on for a while after, and then he lost and has to pay damages, so I'm thinking $150k all up. He's hinted, repeatedly that it's the SFWA funding this nonsense.
  • They're a charity, and I suspect spending that much money on a defamation case on a single person will rob them of that status, so we're all waiting with bated breath for the IRS to process their 990 form where they have to report that shit (there's a backlog)
There's almost certainly more, as I missed a chunk of the fun over Christmas.

Great run-down. I would add the inclusion of special guest star Ruben "pouncing tiger, hidden horse dong" Peña and his absolutely effortless ass-raping of Rodney Mayr ESQ. It was so one-sided and nonchalant it was almost embarrassing. Greaseball Uncle Fester mutterin' and stutterin' like an asshole while Chadez cracked his knuckles and bounced from foot to foot, in an effort to redistribute the heft of his cock.

Runner, Unlike Fatrick

As a specialist, I’d like to add that Fat Pat has gotten super defensive about his fun run cheating on several occasions. At one point he changed his excuse for a bottom-10% finish from (1) ‘running’ on a high ankle sprain to (2) stepping in a pothole and hurting his ankle to (3) stepping off a curb.

The curb excuse is especially entertaining because the course was USATP certified, meaning runners don’t encounter curbs. His desperate and hysterical attempts to explain away being caught cheating continue to provide further proof that he did cheat. In other words, he’s fat.
