I was 235 for sure. I know that from my outprocessing physical from the military. But that was like 4 months before I got out and it was fair to say I was like 245 even 250 for a bit. My drinking and eating was out of control the last few months and the 1st two months after I got out. So maybe 245 to 250 and I’m 5’ 9.

After I quit the fire water, I wasn’t Eatting late anymore but I was lazy the 1st year. But I still lost like 30 just from not drinking .

I got down to 200, but wouldn’t get below that for the longest time. My neck and back was always killing me from being fat and past military shit. So I read up on how to help my back out and fasting was the answer.

And I lost like 10 pounds over night. I then got into jumping rope. I usually jump rope 4 times a week and also gym a few times a week.

And no, my body looks great, no loose skin.
