They don't last very long, they tend to delaminate and they get plastic dust all over your strings. They're also pretty fucking thick.

As has been mentioned, they don't cut clean, there's little burrs on the edges and the edges are half assed sharp. I never bothered sanding them down with some fine grit sandpaper because that's a retarded bit of effort for a free guitar pick.

Honestly it's better just to cut something out roughly with a sharp knife. I have a card or two in my wallet that I'll whittle down if I lose all the picks in my gig bag. I don't bother going for a pick shape. One rounded end on a rough triangle works.
