Yeah, higher taxes works on the rich. That’s why Donald trump and hundreds of other incredibly wealthy people didn’t pay them. They were so low they didn’t feel the need. It’s not because it’s cheaper to find loopholes, create shell companies, and put the money in offshore banks with cooperative governments.
