Brother Joe was responsible for hooking up Auntie with Opie Radio at WBAB. Auntie was too afraid or too lazy to knock on the door himself, so his stand-in father figure, his older-little-brother Joe, took up the responsibility and did more for Auntie than Auntie was willing to do for himself.
Sure, Auntie plugged Joe's dates and paid out per their agreement (which you may think is silly, but it is a legally binding endeavor, as two child racists are free to enter a contract together.) But Auntie always promised Joe was going to be on the show. Turns out, Auntie went into business for himself and packed up to Boston. [scooby doo / Flintstones running sound effect]
Yeah they played some of Joe's songs. So did Ron & Fez, and Whatley was never even Joe's brother in law, only in spirit. They did as much for Joe as his own brother Auntie did. And then Auntie went and bashed the Guilty By Association podcast by bringing up the guitars? Kinda stupid to talk about your elder like that, who looked out for you, who made you, literally dressed you, and tied ya shoes... Oh wait, are we talking about Brother Joe... or Opie Hughes??? Who Auntie also turned on?
The Black Earl parody song that Ronnie B adored was an instant classic, and without Anthony's input. There seems to be a pattern here. OH, Anthony!!!
